Cambo roll Film Holders can be used with any 4x5 view or field camera with spring loaded or graflock back.
It slides easily into camera back like a sheet film holder without need for removing the ground glass frame.
The C-243 accepts both 120 and 220 film and features the film format 6x12 cm / 2-1/4x4-1/2" (6 exp. on 120 spool, 12 exp. on 220 spool)
