This X-822 is needed to mount Nikon D200 series SLR to the X2-PRO system.
The D200 needs to be mounted with the Nikon Battery Grip for D200 in place.
The X-822 can also be used for the Fujifilm S5 when using the MB-D200 Nikon Battery Grip.
The X-822 places the CCD exactly in the optical center of the lens, in horizontal as well as vertical position.
